Drexler Blue
Founder & CEO
Drexler Blue is the Founder of Blue Athlete Management (BAM), a modern sports management firm built to help athletes maximize opportunity on and off the field. With a background that blends elite relationship-building, brand strategy, business development, and high-level talent management, Drexler brings a fresh, culture-driven approach to athlete representation.

A former Division I football player at Eastern Kentucky University, Drexler understands the athlete journey firsthand. He pairs that experience with a strong business foundation, holding a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and building his professional career across music, branding, and luxury client development. Before launching BAM, he worked at the executive level in entertainment and brand strategy, leading partnerships, campaigns, and growth initiatives for high-profile talent and global brands.

At BAM, Drexler focuses on helping athletes navigate recruiting, NIL, brand positioning, strategic partnerships, and long-term career development. His approach is rooted in authenticity, execution, and relationship equity—ensuring every client is not only seen, but positioned to win at the highest level.

Kyle Williams
Partner, Head of Football Operations & Brand Strategy
Kyle Williams also known as “Kyle Joe” all his life is a former collegiate athlete who played football at Illinois State University where his journey began as a walk-on. Through relentless work ethic, discipline, and determination, he earned a full scholarship—an experience that shaped his mindset of starting from the bottom and earning his way to the top. After college he had a stint professionally until life happened and reality set in for the next wave of life.
That same mentality carried over into his professional career, where Kyle has built a reputation as a high-performing sales leader. He has successfully developed and led one of the top sales teams in the country, helping individuals create income, build confidence, and elevate their lives. His leadership is rooted in accountability, culture, and a commitment to helping others win. In addition to his success in sales, Kyle has experience in the music industry, serving as a CFO of a built ground up record label company. This role expanded his expertise in business operations, financial strategy, and working alongside talent in the entertainment space. Kyle has also worked with high-profile clients across the sports and entertainment world, earning trust through performance, professionalism, and consistency.

Outside of business, Kyle is passionate about financial education and building generational wealth. He is driven by creating opportunities—whether it’s helping others start careers, providing platforms through personal DJing, or giving back to his community. Driven by purpose and fueled by impact, Kyle’s mission is simple: build leaders, create opportunities, and build a legacy where people always remember how you make them feel. That will always be genuine.

Chris Works
Partner, Head of Basketball Operations & Player Development
Chris Lora, b.k.a @Chris.Works was born and raised in NYC a proud second-generation immigrant who is a true representation of hard-work & resilience due to his upbringing, from his culture and community. He realized that essential resources for health were often out of reach due to a cultural lack of financial knowledge and a systemic infrastructure. This realization motivated him to delve into the tools necessary to empower his community to access the wealth and wellness they deserve. With an unwavering dedication to education, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Education at SUNY Cortland, followed by two master’s degrees, including one focused on the critical issues surrounding the public school-to-prison pipeline. While his second master’s was in neuroscience, body and brain connection and how vital the nervous system is. Chris educational background highlights the importance on how the human brain and body work together to overcome mental hurdles and emotional obstacles to optimize results on and off the court. Now, Chris is a Wealth & Wellness Coach and the founder of Fund The Mental Works a company who focuses primarily on financial investments and optimization.

Chris quickly made his mark as a wellness educator and top basketball coach in NYC in his early years while training pros and collegiate athletes all year around. Quickly working up the ranks Chris became part of the recruiting & skills development staff for the Dominican Republic Olympic basketball team. In addition, Chris was an assistant on nationally ranked powerhouse Saint Peter’s Prep (NJ) where they were Hudson County Champs, won the Non-Public South Sectionals, and were New Jersey State finalist in 2026. Chris has taught over 25,000 students and helped over 1500 kids enroll in college. Chris launched his first international Basketball Camp in the Dominican Republic geared around F.A.M. (Finances and Mindset) in 2023 and it’s been an annual success ever since. The camp provides students fundthemental investment knowledge, scholarship opportunities, as he provided meals for over 250 people and collected 150 sneakers to donate for the participants. Chris has won big at every level on and off the court. With a decorated basketball resume, marketing & branding skills, serial entrepreneur and sophisticated financial investment background, he now brings his talents to B.A.M to help educate and empower the next wave of premiere athletes.
